ICA announced temporary amendments to the official working hours of the Customer Happiness Center in Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi within Al Jazeera Sports and Cultural Club Complex during the AFC Champions League hosting which will take place from 5 January until the beginning of the coming February.
ICA’s amendments related to Al Jazeera Center working hours will only be related to the days when the club stadium (Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium) hosts the league matches according to the matches timetable. These include the amendments of working hours in the stadium on Tuesday, 15 January and Thursday, 17 January to be from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm. The working hours for Monday, 7 January, Sunday, 20 January, Thursday 24 January and Tuesday, 29 January will be amended to be from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. The center will be open for customers during the specified periods on the mentioned days to provide its services as usual.
To be noted that Al Jazeera Center usually provides its services from Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm. These services include registrations in the new Population Register, Identity Card, ID Card Replacement, for UAE and GCC citizens only via the urgent service system. In addition, the services include taking fingerprints, photos and proceeding with the registration procedures for housemaid and similar under the categories of UAE and GCC citizens personal sponsorship. Besides, it provides the services of issuing ID replacements for lost/damaged cards for UAE residents only via the urgent service system, as well as providing the services of changing and updating data for all customers’ categories. ICA stated that the work in the Center will be regulated on the days when no matches are hosted by the stadium.
ICA has further illustrated that the parking areas surrounding the center will be closed to the customer during the above-mentioned days. Accordingly, customers are kindly requested to use the alternate provided parking areas; i.e. the front parking areas parallel to Abu Dhabi Police HQ, and to follow the provided instruction signs, demonstrating the parking areas allocated to the customers and pathways to the center, considering the work conditions during these days.
